Delivery times go into effect the next business day after you place an order.
Due to the impact of COVID-19, please be mindful that you may experience shipping delays as we work to ensure the health and safety of the teams in our distribution centers. We thank you for your understanding.
We aim to process online orders within 24 hours of your order being placed, weekends and holidays excluded. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For questions between the time your order is placed and receipt of your tracking number, email support@shopdolma.com.
We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or package delays by the United States Postal Service or UPS.
Additional shipping or delivery time may be required for delivery to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO).
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
Dolma reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability, and Local Pick Up orders may be cancelled when not picked up within 30 days. Shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case you will be notified of any delay as soon as possible.
